New to Oxford Journals in 2008

Published continuously since 1884, the Reports of Patent, Design and Trade Mark Cases (RPCs) remain the leading full-text law reports in intellectual property. They are published on behalf of the UK Intellectual Property Office.

Containing the definitive text of carefully selected key decisions and judgments, along with expert headnotes written by Mary Vitoria QC, the RPCs are an essential part of the toolkit of solicitors, barristers, judiciary, patent attorneys and trade mark attorneys.

This website contains new case reports from the 2008 volume of RPCs. Articles are published online ahead of print publication in the "Advance Access" area of the site.
